Drink a plant the Maestras make for you.
Chug water..chug water..chug water until the swallowing forces you to vomit.
Then chug more water..and more water, till you vomit again.
The first one I did I kept doing this process until I had drank 5 liters, then I finally got to stick my fingers down my throat and get the rest out.
